This was my first time buying a house long distance. I was very nervous about such a large purchase sight unseen. But Joe, my agent, went above and beyond. He went to house after house and gave me video tours. He advised me on construction techniques not used where I'm from. What to look for and what to avoid. Once I got an accepted offer, he stayed on top of the process and kept me informed. He went back to the house and did another video for me, measured all the appliances, and made sure the seller had made it sell ready. After closing, he even helped arrange to get some work completed that I wanted done before I moved. This was by far the best and easiest real estate transaction I've ever been a part of. I can't give higher praise to the Maggi Group and Joe in particular.
